Program Overview

Add+VantageMR Professional Development Course 1 is a four-day program that covers:

• The Learning Framework In Number
• The Add+VantageMR assessments for Number Words & Numerals, Structuring Numbers, and Addition & Subtraction
• The Classroom Instructional Framework for Early Number.
  

This 4-day course has no pre-requisites and is appropriate for classroom teachers, special education teachers, Title 1 teachers, para-professionals, administrators, and interested parents.
Add+VantageMR Professional Development Course 2 is a two-day program that builds upon Course 1 and covers:

• The Learning Framework in Number domains of Place Value and Multiplication & Division
• Add+VantageMR Assessments for each of those domains
• Classroom Instruction Framework for Early Number
  

Add+VantageMR Course 1  is a pre-requisite to Course 2. 

Course Location & Schedule

Course 1 is scheduled for June 29-July 2, 2009, and Course 2 is scheduled for July 7-8, 2009.
The course will be held in Sioux Falls, SD with a more specific location to be determined closer to the start date.

Accommodation and Meals

Attendees are responsible for their own travel and hotel reservations/payment and are on their own for all meals. There are many restaurants nearby.

Registration Process

A completed registration form must be received by May 16th] for Course 1 and June 1st for Course 2.

Registration Fees

The Add+VantageMR Course 1 is $925 per participant.
The Add+VantageMR Course 2 is $495 per participant.
Fees Include:  

• Access to Math Recovery tools and copyrighted material
• Teacher kit including handbooks and assessments
  

Payment Process

Training costs can be invoiced by the US Council of Math Recovery or you can include a purchase order number, or check with your registration.  Please complete all of the billing information on the application.  Make payment to US Math Recovery Council in U.S. Funds.  Federal ID# 05-0539027.
