Course Details
MR Leader - MRISw Update is offered to those previously designated as a Math Recovery® Leaders. The MR Leader- MRISw focuses on the teaching and learning of number concepts in the primary grades and will support MR Leaders who wish to update their own MRIS participants and incorporate the v.2018 pedagogical tools and publication The Learning Framework in Number by Bob Wright and David Ellemor-Collins in the work with intervention specialists. As part of this course, participants will receive support from USMRC staff and updated electronic materials to support the delivery of the MRIS course. It is highly recommended that MR Leaders are actively working with intervention specialists or teaching an MRIS course. This course has limited offerings. Attendance and participation in virtual meetings is required.
