USMRC National Conference returns with capacity attendance
After a two-year break, the US Math Recovery Council National Conference returned with over 300 attendees at the Hyatt Lodge Hotel in Oak Brook, Illinois from April 25-28, 2022.
The conference featured two keynote presenters in Dr. Amy Hackenberg and Dawn Dibley, mini courses, and more than 50 breakout sessions over four days. Collectively they brought to life the theme for this year's conference: At the Heart of Math Recovery: Inspire & Empower.
USMRC Executive Director Christina Miller was one of the more than 300 in attendance. "The past two years have revealed to us that Math Recovery is needed in our schools now more than ever," she said. "With that in mind, we were pleased to bring together an exciting collection of Math Recovery authors, community members, staff, and board members to share their knowledge and love of math."
We hope all attendees had a wonderful time learning, reflecting, and connecting during the week. We truly thank you each and every one of you for being a part of this community. You can check out the photo gallery from the week on the USMRC Facebook page.
